Terms and Conditions
(For all events and services)
1. General Issues
a. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of Mucky Bucket Farm and any ancillary services or products provided by them.
b. These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you must acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.
c. No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Mucky Bucket Farm.
2. Booking Confirmation
a. No booking shall be deemed to be accepted until a booking form is completed by a member of staff and a 20% deposit is received.
a. The general public and adult customers (e.g. parent, guardian, relative or friend of attending children) are responsible for their own allergies and any allergies that children in their charge may have.
b. Zoonotic diseases can be carried by animals, therefore all verbal and visual instructions given by staff of Mucky Bucket Farm/Miniature Mayhem (clearly identified by company uniform) must be adhered to.
c. Pregnant women are not to be in contact with sheep/lambs or does/kids.
d. Although our animals are tame and handled regularly there is always a risk that they may bite.
a. As weather is unpredictable and the welfare of our animals is paramount, Mucky Bucket Farm reserves the right to withdraw any animals without notice.
b. Mucky Bucket Farm will not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of any property or person during any of their events or services.
a. A 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken on completion of booking.
b. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the event and customers will receive an invoice indicating the deadline date. If full payment is not received by the deadline date Miniature Mayhem reserves the right to cancel the booking and accept other bookings for that date. In this case the deposit will be forfeited.
c. Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer, cheque and cash.
d. Refunds will be returned using the same method that was initially used to make the payment.
e. A mileage charge applies to all bookings outside of a 10 mile radius of SO31 7AR. This charge will be added to the final invoice.
a. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the booked start time, any cancellations must be made by telephoning: 07527256861. You shall be entitled to a refund with the deduction of the non- refundable deposit.
b. Mucky Bucket Farm shall be entitled to cancel your booking at short notice (less than 48hrs) due to the following situations:
i. Notification of an Amber or Red Weather Warning.
ii. Restrictions in animal movement as declared by DEFRA.
iii. Ill health of staff.
All efforts will be made to reschedule a mutually convenient date/time or a full refund will be offered.
