4. Safety and Participation

a. Goga is a gentle, low-impact activity suitable for most participants, but you are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to take part. Please consult your GP if you have any concerns.

b. A Goga instructor is considered an individual trained and qualified in Yoga, Pilates, or Gymnastics.

c. Goga sessions may be held indoors or outdoors, depending on the time of year, weather conditions, and space availability.

d. Participation with animals carries inherent risks. While our goats are well cared for and handled regularly, animals can behave unpredictably.

e. Pregnant individuals are advised to consult their GP before attending any animal-assisted activity.

f. Signage will be displayed to inform participants when livestock on-site are pregnant or have recently given birth. Pregnant or newborn livestock will not be used in any Goga or pop up farm sessions.

g. Mucky Bucket Farm cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation unless caused by proven negligence.

h. All instructions from staff must be followed at all times.

i. Handwashing facilities are provided and must be used after animal contact.

5. Admissions and Environment

a. Children under the age of 16 participating in Goga must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.  The supervising adult does not need to be a participant.

c. Supervising individuals who have not paid to participate in Goga are able to supervise but are not permitted into the Goga area (where the goats are and the movement is being lead).

d. Sessions take place in both indoor and outdoor environments. Please dress appropriately for the weather, and session you are booking (guidance will be given within booking information).
